We depart from the Panther River Retreat staging area at 10:00 a.m. and pack up the Panther River to the Dormer Mountain Tent Camp in the Four Corners area. Ride to Ice Lake on the second day and look down the Panther Valley from the top of the world. Relish the abundance of flora and fauna in the magnificent Alberta Rockies for three days and two nights. Guests, wranglers and cooks dine together family-style in the main lodge on mouthwatering home-cooked meals. Guests overnight in cozy propane-heated log cabins which include the luxury of electric lights. Hot showers, indoor toilets, land phone, hot tub, general store and craft shop, and RV parking are some of the other amenities at Sunset's Panther River Retreat.

PANTHER FIVE DAY

The five-day trip is the same as the Panther Three Day, except you stay longer and view spectacular scenery such as Dormer Falls, Sulphur Springs, Dobrib Creek and Ribbon Flats.

Guests, wranglers and cooks dine together on superb meals tastefully prepared over the open campfire. Guests overnight in canvas wall tents furnished with rug and thick foamies for the utmost comfort. For those who want to "spruce up", black bag showers are provided. All bookings will depart at the convenience of the guests.
